Acknowledgment and acceptance of agreement between you and Double A Point Collection
Program. By accessing this site, the user of the site and member of Double A Point
Collection Program, hereby accept and agree to abide by the following Double A membership
rules & regulations. If you do not agree with these membership rules, please
do not register and discontinue your use of this site.
Business Rules
Terms of services
1. Points
claimed cannot be redeemed for cash.
2. Point
in each country of Double A International Business might be varied depending on
each marketing scheme.
3. Point
is non-transferable.
4. Double
A Points collection membership will commence once application submission is completed
online/offline prior to the date of its receipt.
5. Notification
will be sent to applicant via email after the acknowledgement of application.
6. Member
can redeem reward from e-rewards catalog without paying withholding tax.
7. For claiming
the rewards, member must complete and submit a Double A rewards claim form. This
form can be found on the Double A Points Collection web site.
8. For claiming
the points, member must complete and submit a Double A points claim form. This form
can be found on the Double A Points Collection web site.
9. Appointed
representatives from Double A Point Collection have the right to review claims for
accuracy and for point allocation purposes.
10. Point can be redeemed
from proof of purchase.
11. Notification from
Double A Point Collection shall be sent out via email upon receiving documents for
proof of purchase.
12. Verification of proof
of purchase shall be confirmed within 3 days in order to credit point into the member
database.
13. Rewards delivery will
be sent out to member within 3 weeks from date of receiving reward claims.
14. Proof of purchase
can only be used in country of its issuance.
15. Invoice for submission
cannot be over 3 months after, and inclusive of, invoice date issued.
16. All redemptions are
subject to gift (s) availability and Double A reserves the right to replace any
gift(s) with other gift (s) of similar value.
17. Any enquiry from member
to customer service will be taken care by our customer service team via voice and
/ or non-voice customer services.
18. If any spurious document(s)
are found and submitted to claim point, Double A shall be entitled to terminate
member status and cancel all valid points without prior notice. Double A may take
any legal action into the competent court for the highest penalty.
19. Any misuse or hacking
of Double A Plus database, regardless of purpose, Double A shall be entitled to
terminate member status and cancel all valid points without prior notice. Double
A may take any legal action into the competent court for the highest penalty.
20. Membership status
will be terminated once member has no point updating and/or redemption of points
for a year, all remaining points will be automatically terminated from database.
Reclaiming the point(s) is not allowed.
21. Points can be accumulated
as long as member stays active.
22. Membership status
can be renewed from the previous member but cannot be reclaimed for expired points.
23. Inactive member refers
to member who has no point updating and/or redemption of points with Double A Point
Collection program for more than 6 months.
24. Active member refers
to member who has transaction and activity records with Double A Point Collection
within 6 months.
25. Gift will be delivered
via postal mail to the address given in member redemption form or self collection
at merchant after receiving confirmation of redemption.
26. Double A is not responsible
for any lost, damaged, stolen or unqualified vouchers or goods redeemed through
the program.
27. Should there be any
unforeseen circumstances, Double A will not be responsible for any damages on member
database, points, and documents related to Double A Point Collection Program.
28. Membership status
is divided into 3 types: Base Member, Privilege Member, and Elite Member.
29. Base Member: All new
members are classified as Base Members and are entitled to the basic privilege from
the program and basic point collection.
30. Privilege Member:
After Base Member has joined for 12 months from, and inclusive of, the date of registration
and accumulated more than 3000 points, membership status will be automatically upgraded
to Premium Member. As a Premium Member, member will get additional privilege from
the program depending on the condition at the time the privilege is released to
member. Premium Member can also get additional point collection for 10% of every
1000 points collected. Membership status will be valid for 2 calendar years after
such upgrade and will be terminated back to Base Member status if member cannot
acquire 3000 points during this membership status period.
31. Elite Member: After
Premium Member has joined for 12 months from date of conversion and accumulated
more than 10000 points, membership status will be automatically upgraded to Elite
Member. As an Elite Member, member will get additional privilege from the program
depending on the condition at the time the privilege is released to member. Elite
Member can also get additional point collection for 20% of every 10000 points collected.
Membership status will be valid for 2 calendar years after such upgrade and will
be terminated back to Base Member status if member cannot acquire 10000 points during
this membership status period.
32. Double A Reserves
the right to reject any product or voucher returned if the recipient thereof has
officially signed claim for that product or voucher.
Membership Rules
1. Double
A Point Collection’ member is strictly country/territory specific
2. A person
can only join the Double A Points Collection Program in the country where the person
is registered.
3. Double
A Point Collection Member of one country will not be able to join & conduct
transaction, claim point, redeem, or get any privilege on Double A Point Collection
sites of other countries.
4. These
services and offers are provided only to registered members and under the terms
and conditions as informed on the Double A Point Collection web site in your country
of residence.
5. All information
submitted shall be true and accurate at point of submission and completed (apart
from optional items) as required by the Double A Point Collection Registration Form.
6. All the
required fields on application form, Rewards Claim form and Points Claim form must
be completed.
7. Double
A reserves the right to subcontract the information provided by the member.
8. Member
shall maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate
and complete. If any information is found untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, or should
Double A have reasonable grounds to suspect the information given is untrue, inaccurate
and not completed, Double A has the rights to suspend or terminate the account,
and refuse any and all current or future access to Double A Point Collection or
use of any services.
9. Members
will be informed of the availability of each Service for various Double A products
and services on the relevant Double A Point Collection web site.
10. Member ID and Passwords
are generated automatically by system once application form with attached documents
are verified and send out to member’s email address.
11. Member ID set on 9
digits, first 3 digits are English alphabet to screen the country of registered
follow with 6 Numeric digits for example SIN000001 (Member ID cannot be changed).
12. Passwords set on 6
Numeric digits are automatically generated from system (Passwords can be changed
on Double A Point Collection web site once member log in the system).
13. If member resigned
from the company he registered with, he cannot carry over the member status with
him to the new company. He will need to register for a new account to collect the
point.
14. Once the member resigned
from the company, his account is still active for the new employee to replace his
position by using the same member login and password to access and then this new
employee can change his profile and his contact number in the same company. If not,
this account will be terminated when is expired.
15. Company name on proof
of purchase has to reconcile with member registered company; if not, it will not
be valid for point claim.
16. Use of this Site by
any unauthorized personnel is prohibited. You shall notify Double A immediately
of any unauthorized use of any user identification, passwords or other security
information, or breach of security. Double A cannot and will not be liable for any
loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement.
17. Any transaction made
on this Site using any of your user identifications and passwords and through your
accounts shall be deemed to be binding on you.
Others
1. Double
A Point Collection is a customer program for the users of Double A consumer products
in order to provide members with information and services related to such Double
A products and services.
2. To be able
to use the services, you have to read and accept some additional service related
terms and conditions as notified on the Double A Point Collection web site in your
country of residence prior to using the service in question.
3. It is a
pre-requisite that before submitting any registration, all applicants are required
to have first read, understood and accepted these Membership Rules, all Terms and
Conditions, Legal Information and the Privacy Policy contained herein.
4. If there
are any arguments or problems on Double A Point Collection program, the decision
of Double A Point Collection Committee is final.
5. Double
A reserves the rights to change, modify or withdraw access to this site, the content
of these pages or terminate the program at any time without any prior notice.
6. Advertisers
and sponsors on the site are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for
inclusion on the Site complies with all legal and regulatory requirements and does
not contain any material which is objectionable including, without limit, information
which is defamatory, obscene, threatening or untrue. Double A Point Collection will
not be responsible for any such material or any error or inaccuracy in advertising
material.
7. Double
A Point Collection provides hyperlinks to sites on the Internet which are operated
by other people.
8. Using
an external hyperlink means that you are leaving the Site and Double A therefore
takes no responsibility for and gives no warranties, guarantees or representations
in respect of linked sites.
